We’re heading into the darkest part of the year here in the Northern Hemisphere.
This weekend will explore opening to a sense of deep rest, the art of pausing and the heart movement inherent in that space.
We will explore, in movement and with enquiry, the illumination and spaciousness available to us in the darkness.
What Spaciousness awaits? What possibilities in this very natural landscape…
We will be working with the Open Floor movement map, specially prepared soundscapes, enquiry and some simple ritual in very good company.
