This workshop is a quest for reconnection.
To Truth, Integrity, Love and Presence.
Many of us are habitually self critical unable to give ourselves love
and acceptance. Often carrying old shame stories we unconsciously look
outside to get the affection and positive feedback we have not yet
learned to give ourself.
