Doors open at 10am to meditate, create space, stretch… we start in with movement at 10:30am. Our theme is “agua”
This dance is both zoom style and in studio at Soul Studios 3303 Bahia Vista Ave.
The dances are professionally deejayed by Kat and mixed on the spot with the energy of the group. Music is set in a traditional wave format with a dynamic mix of world beats, chill, house, club, conscious music and instrumental. .
