In this series we expand our movement repertoire by activating energy and movement dynamics through tempo, space, force, and weight. With somatic support, we explore a variety of movement qualities that give voice to sensations, feelings, and images. We ask: If our dance could speak, what story is emerging? Using tools of the Life-Art Process, we invite new experiences of ourselves and gain resources for our art practice.
