Dear Dance Lovers,
In 2020 we felt
inspired to bring Movement Medicine to Canada. Jo Hardy flew in from the
U.K. to offer Evolutionary Heart. Many enthusiastically registered for
this weekend long workshop when Covid hit. We had to cancel last minute
and Jo flew back to the U.K in a flurry.
